Living Walls

Living walls are sometimes referred to as green walls. They are typically used in urban gardens where vertical spaces are more plentiful than ground spaces. Living walls can be used in either indoor or outdoor applications. Typical living walls are 30 kg per square meter or 6 lbs per square foot.

Since today is Good Friday, I thought it would be an interesting parallel to showcase the living on a day where Christians (me) believe that Jesus was crucified and buried.

  1. Speaking of living walls….I am buiding my own coral rock wall and all kinds of plants are growing on it. The wall looks like it has been there a hundred years now. I’ll be going larry’s cap & Rock for one more sack of coral rock!
